As Founding Director of Red Kite RE, Simon brings over 19 years’ client-side commercial real estate experience with track record in the asset management of some of Central London’s most iconic office buildings and estates, as well as multi-sector experience across the UK including student, living, retail and data centres: an aggregate £8bn of real estate assets under management (AUM).
The story of Red Kite is born out of this professional journey, and the breadth of experience Simon brings to his work.
